There is no work-life balance at Pushpay because you leave work everyday frustrated and burned out. Positive reviews are by managers who know they currently have a reputation in the tech community for being a mess. I had people tell me not to work here after their experience as an SDR but I assumed they were all talk because the promises here are great and they make it seem like there's room for growth.
Key issues:
The behavior by managers in mid market are borderline abusive but HR continues to protect the sales team. Everything will seem like the perfect job at first and will soon turn into a nightmare.
You will not move up after your year in seat as an SDR. Managers will belittle and micro manage you (with no idea what they are doing and little success). The few top SDRs they have haven't been moved up because the sales department is incredibly greedy and won't promote because they need the $$$ from the few top performers
Upper management will come up with ideas that they believe will make more money and instead tank any progress on the teams. The managers are outdated and don't have the education to uplift their teams because upper sales management will implement strategies that don't work for the church market then blame the sales team when their methods fail.
