Pros

The mission and vision of the company is captivating. I don't know if there is any other company that seeks to serve the church space and value the customer experience as much as Pushpay. The work is challenging, but there is a culture of ownership and responsibility, that has continually challenged me to become better at my job. In addition to this Pushpay does really make good on the promise of moving you around if you have no interest in continuing on in your current role (within reason of course).

Cons

The work is hard and has gotten harder. There is a lot of change pretty consistently (which means that you really need to be adaptable).

What a great summary of what I'd hope any of our team members would experience. Vision, career growth, hard work, challenging work, great teammates, etc. Thanks for sharing.

Pros

The truth about Pushpay is that it's not the worst place to work. Most of the people on here complaining were SDR's that hated sales. Your coworkers are pretty good people, the managers are probably also good people. Compensation isn't bad if you are good at sales.

Cons

The managers shouldn't be managers. They hire/promote mostly the wrong people to leadership and they really don't seem to know how to handle people. The VP of sales and my team lead both seemed completely inept at motivation, inspiring, or helping people grow. Since I've left, I constantly get contacted form current employees looking for me to set them up with an interview at my new company. People want out.

Pros

The product is phenomenal and serves an incredible purpose. It truly makes a difference in the lives of the places that use it, and the people that benefit from the results. The culture is great, along with all of the people who work there.

Cons

The pay was a little below market at the time I was employed, and so much growth created some headaches, but they've done well managing that.
