Pros
Very intelligent, driven, and motivated people who have a solid methodology of process improvement backing their approach. Great place to start off a consulting career
Cons
Very difficult to justify rates to a client based upon the true nature of the resources staffed on engagements. Although highly educated, staff consultants usually have very limited expertise in the industry of the client, and it becomes difficult to justify the high expense.
