They increased the number of partners from 5 to 7-9 for each Executive Concierge. Rumor is that leadership is looking to phase out the Executive Concierge team based on the limited hiring/backfilling of roles. They have started offshoring support for Managing Directors to Argentina and it is expected that is the long term goal.

Work culture is toxic with misaligned priorities and poor leadership in some areas resulting in wasted efforts and minimizing value. High pressure high volume of work with no regard for wasting time nor overworking employees to do two + jobs without the extra pay. Understaffed, poor leadership decisions to align to key priorities and better manage resources results in high preserve and volume of work, while also telling everyone to be well work well (empty sentiment when they don’t give people the space or allocate resources directly to be able to be well work well).
