Pros

None. You can see pay as a pro but what they do is throw money at you to keep you in toxic environment that affects your mental health and well being.

Cons

The work quality is not that good. Employees are treated badly. Male partners just lead with their insecure toxic masculinity and treat junior employees as just resources- working them more than 16-18 hours/day with no consideration for their well being whatsoever. It’s truly the worst corporate culture.

Pros

Great experience running and owning work streams and presenting to client executives. All for personal growth though as this does not get communicated very well beyond internal conversation where everyone seems to tell you what you want to hear.

Cons

Pay scale isn’t great. Not competitive at all in comparison to other firms in the industry. Also my bonus was not based on performance. Everyone got the same bonus as a first year - I traveled 85% of the time and worked that hard as I knew of numerous people who never left their apartment / couch and got the same bonus as me. Every gets a trophy these days despite the effort you put in
