Pros

1. The people! I cannot say enough great things about the people! Pyramid has hired highly capable and intelligent people that are a pleasure to work along side. 2. The product! I'm extremely excited for the next stage of the product. I really enjoy supporting a product that is innovative and truly aids businesses. 3. The benefits! The medical is the best plan I've had in my career. They offer a generous PTO plan. 4. Remote working. I really appreciate being able to work from home. It's an extremely flexible work environment.

Cons

Transparency and communication needs improvement across divisions/locations. Different time zones impact the ability to communicate in real time, so having clear and consistent communication and regular meetings would hopefully improve messaging.

Pros

Dealing with new technologies, encouraging developers to own their own features and code, excellent people, investing in social events. It's a great place to develop yourself and learn on the go.

Cons

Even thought it's a mid sized company it still runs as a start up which most of the time is good but sometimes it creates stress

Pros

Direct contribution of what one does to build on existing is easily seen, so if looking to make a difference and be part of a growing company, it's ok. Do not expect the procedural type of multinational that has a set of rules for all details. Open approach and communication, changing environment with the specific dynamic & independence on the job. Friendly colleagues, eager to help and have you settled-in, going out for beers included :).

Cons

Building phase currently so the changing environment above may turn into a negative for some. The prior experience is helpful.
