      Pros

      Smooth Hiring Process: Pyramid Consulting streamlined the onboarding process. My recruiter stayed in touch during the interview and setup phase, making sure I had everything I needed before starting. Remote Flexibility: I really appreciated being able to work fully remote. It allowed me to balance work and family while still maintaining productivity. Great Client Placement: I was assigned to a reputable healthcare company (Centene), which provided me with hands-on experience in payer enrollment, credentialing systems, and provider data management.

      Cons

      Minimal Follow-Up: Once you’re placed, recruiter communication slows down. It would be nice if there were more regular check-ins or performance feedback during the assignment. Short-Term Assignments: Contracts can end unexpectedly depending on the client’s needs, so job stability isn’t guaranteed. Rate Negotiation: Pay was fair, but you definitely have to negotiate upfront to make sure the offer aligns with your experience.
