      Pros

      They have good infrastructure, Professional People, It's good to start your career with.

      Cons

      Pressure is high, No appraisals done on time, If done its like offering peanuts, even if you are a performer. No Work-life-Balance, No job-security at all. They will promise you for One-time bonus once you join them but will not keep-up on their words. They will make several excuses regarding not paying you the same or will delay it by 3-4 months.

      My experience with HR, particularly Anam Afroz, has been positive—she was responsive, helpful during onboarding, and quick to address any questions I had. Pyramid has good opportunities at large firms, and the recruitment process is smooth and quick.
