Don't take up an offer with this organisation even if it is the last job offer on planet earth. Hyderabad office is regionally dominated at large by local people who don't even bother conversing in 'English' in official team meetings. Telugu is the official language used in calls and meetings. Don't even bother taking it up to HR/manager if you are from a non-Telugu speaking state, they will just laugh it off. Highly micromanaged environment where manager keeps count of your visits to the washroom and brings it up in review meetings no matter how many client appreciations you might have in pocket. Management seriously lacks vision and is unable to fetch new projects. The higher management at Noida is unable to see that this poor management is the sole reason for Hyderabad office not growing in size since the last 10 years, It is a mere team of 10-15 people who are all pissed off ,demotivated and stuck in this job for some reason or another. Who would want to work in an environment where everybody is looking for a job change?People who stay in office till 11 PM (no matter they might have extended tea and smoke breaks and not do any productive work) gain appreciation . Regionalism and favoritism at its best. Worst company to work for!
