      Pros

      Pyramid has help employed me and has stepped in when I needed them to. Usha has been the most effective person I have worked with at Pyramid. I have had several issues with getting paid and she has always returned my calls within 10 minutes and has made sure my issues were resolved

      I am continuously having issues getting my timecards getting approved and its hard that Pyramid is out of the state that I live in

      Pros

      Professional and very reactive. Pleasant to work with, following up seriously and rapidly on all issues and providing an excellent support. Contacting you on a regular basis to check on you and your company.

      Cons

      Benefits are ok. adding a spouse or a family for insurance is very expensive. I was just recently made aware of 401 k plan which was never suggested to me before.
