      Pros

      When you need help the access is very easy and available. I have had a few issues and every time I could talk to related manger about the issues. Especially Manish has been great support.

      Manish was my point of contact and he has been great help and support. Ha has been a great support system and I appreciate all his help.

      Pros

      They pay on time and in U.S. Dollars.

      Cons

      Most of your U.S. Dollars pass through India, a large number of those dollars stay in India before you get paid. The client gets your labor, Pyramid gets the majority of the money paid for the contract and the employee just becomes old, tired and frustrated. There is no satisfaction with working for this operation.

      Love working with Pyramid my Cca always takes care of me and I appreciate that pyramid offers a Cca. Placed me with a great company to work for and was the right fit for me.

      None, My Cca were able to answer my questions right away and were always on top of everything.
