No Process is followed, No work to do Manager don't even know how the management is done and how the work should be segregated among the team,Specially the mobile team No future perspectives an employee can think of. Managers only concern about their own work and don't take concern about any individual in the team. Self Centered managers are not at all helpful. Please don't choose this company as part of your career otherwise you will stand no where. Low salary,and don't you dare expect appraisal at the right time,and even if you get ,it is still less then pennies we give to a beggar.
