Some recruiters from Pyramid Consulting make fake promises, please don’t fall into that. Trust only what is written in your contract.

No problem with Time sheet.

Cons

It will get you a while to get the right person talking from the management. Don't expect any appreciation or a compensation hike, instead expect a lot of unacknowledged emails.
