No Pro's to say.No dress code

Cons

Everything worst.No proper infrastrucutre.No proper toilets.In every quarter they will fir out one employee.Dont join your career will be spoil.Notice period is three months.No bank will give loan for this company pay slip.No medical reiumbersement for parents.You need to work as a contractor for client.In notice period there is no salary,they will say we will do final settilement.All cheat.They will settile final payment after six months.EPF account will be in NOIDA.you have to struggle for epf reclaim.

Its a good organization with good product.

Cons

They will take you and show to client for billing,and remember this position is temporary and they will tell you before joining into the company this is a permanant position. Chances of firing employees is very high.HR Coordinator keep on calls you to join into Pyramid.
