- discounts at hotels - i liked my coworkers - the union

Cons

- dealing with rude guests constantly - managers often didn't back you when you stood firm on policy - the hours when you start out and are low seniority are all over the place, making it impossible to get consistently good sleep

Cons

I spent a summer there, and let me tell you, it was brutal. You're running around like a headless chicken waiting on tables packed with entitled jerks who snap their fingers at you like you're servant. And for all that sweat and frustration? Peanuts. That's right. Pyramid pays peanuts. They probably figure they can take advantage of broke college kids who need any cash they can scrounge up.
