      Many changes every month with more responsibilites added every month. Little support from upper managment.

      Pyramid offers decent benefits, they offer everything you might expect from a major hotel company.

      Cons

      If it is not tied to profit, it does not matter, period. They talk and talk about guest service etc, but, it's just talk, they only care about money. They close restaurants at random just to save payroll and neglect things like working guest room locks, working pool phones etc... it's all about the money, safety and guest service come in a distant 2nd and 3rd....
