Excellent team who cares tremendously! There are many daily groups that are recommended once clients start feeling better but not required. This gives clients an opportunity to engage, meet others in hopes to get as much help as possible in such a short amount of time. There is aftercare offered to every client who walks through the doors and an extremely high success rate in those who do commit to some sort of aftercare.

Cons

Freedom is face paced and can be hard at times because of the caseloads, but we have a good team and lots of support to help us through the hard days.

-Dirty facility with many structural issues including mold. - staff are not paid enough for everything management wants done -leadership does not care and does not listen -extremely unsafe -heating and AC barely work -clients and staff complain and give suggestions for improvement and nothing changes. -favoritism with staff
