      Pros

      Good compensation. This was competitive. Benefits match other places as well. 401k, health, dental, etc. The standard package deal in many ways. Fairfax HQ location is in a great location.

      Cons

      If you're not part of the in crowd, you're not part of the in crowd. Decisions seem arbitrary. Career development paths need work. Project management is poor.

      Pros

      It's a good place if you plan on working for 1-2 years then moving on. Start at a small organization, may lead to future opportunities down the road.

      Cons

      No long-term for professional growth. The day-to-day makes you feel trapped in a slow and monotonous organization.
