      1. Observe all holidays and 40 hr/week rule 2. Very supportive management and nice fringe benefits 3. Friendly team environment and let you grow your tech base

      1. Small company subject to unstable contract income streams which may result in surprise lay off or cuts. 2. Workload could be high and demanding from time to time
