      Benefits, PTO, 401k -needs a match though

      Cons

      No match for 401k, rigid schedule, no WFH opportunities, lack of flexibility and trust. More positive feedback needed. Teamwork

      Pros

      There are tons of very smart people here. Good benefits. Undoubtedly many great roles and opportunities.

      Cons

      Project-based employment is unpredictable, often short-term, and can be withdrawn without reason. The workplace is very political with lots of favoritism. It's hard to move up. Employees are siloed across project teams. Was often expected to work uncompensated overtime--nights & weekends. The focus is on contract renewals and awards -- not quality work.
