      Sweatshop, poorly run operations

      Pros

      Fairfax location was the only thing good about this place. Some real potential government contracts.

      Cons

      Family operated very much like a Chinese sweatshop. Inexperienced COO with little experience in technology innovation.

      Pros

      This company offers great benefits and treats their employees very well (parties, recognition, reward, catered food, yearly swag, etc.) The work is challenging and there opportunities for lateral moves and upward mobility - if you're entry-level, junior or mid-level.

      Cons

      There's a lot of turnover in the top ranks. If you're senior employee and above, you're at risk for getting the rug pulled out from under you or just eliminated, with little reasoning.

      -Great company to start off as your first job -Friendly coworkers -Happy hours and catered food before corona

      Cons

      Pyramid had chances to be a great company before. Now it's going downhill. -Too many bosses they're hiring but not essential employees (testers, designers, developers) -Disorganization and miscommunication -Salary to start off is meh
