      Nice for a time

      Pros

      Small Company, has a close knit culture. Good benefits, generally friendly atmosphere. Owners are very genuine, sincere people. They work extremely hard.

      Cons

      Doesn't support Telework - even when the customer approves. Owners are old fashion, and prefers people work on site. Needs to work on Work/Life balance, though they say they do, it doesn't always show in practice.

      Pros

      It was a small company that I thought had a lot of potential. There seemed to be an emphasis on family.

      Cons

      Very little depth to positions. When there is a budget cutback on a project, the company cannot really keep people around to look for new positions. Sometimes, though, I did get the impression that there are those who are in the know and like that position of power.

      Pros

      Small company, welcomes innovative ideas, processes and approaches to run IT development and maintenance projects.

      Cons

      Budget/cost and resources on the project are not in complete control of the PM but the expectation of delivering the product on schedule and on budget resides on the PM.
