      Pros

      Good compensation. This was competitive. Benefits match other places as well. 401k, health, dental, etc. The standard package deal in many ways. Fairfax HQ location is in a great location.

      Cons

      If you're not part of the in crowd, you're not part of the in crowd. Decisions seem arbitrary. Career development paths need work. Project management is poor.

      Fairfax location was the only thing good about this place. Some real potential government contracts.

      Cons

      Family operated very much like a Chinese sweatshop. Inexperienced COO with little experience in technology innovation.

      Responsive and engaging management, challenging projects, and a staff of highly motivated and bright consultants. Pyramid offers great opportunities for growth and recognizes the skills and interests of its employees.

      Cons

      Medical benefits and 401k match are not industry-leading. Administrative infrastructure is limited and will have to adapt to accommodate future growth.
