      Pros

      The Pyramid management recognize talent and cultivate the employees who show promise. They provide a collaborative environment and appreciate employee feedback. There are many events throughout the year and the holiday party is a blast. I have loved working here for the last 3 years.

      I honestly can't think of any!

      Small business, takes care of their employees

      Pros

      I've been here for 4 years now and really enjoy it. Great location - lots of restaurants across the street People - everyone is super nice and friendly, hardworking but easy-going culture Supervisors - hit and miss but most are very understanding, and will accommodate your time/schedule if you are trustworthy. I've been able to work from home when needed. Also some supervisors will recognize your hard work, some won't. It's a small business though so you will eventually get recognized. Recognition - quarterly recognitions, shoutouts from HR to the entire company Events - annual picnic is always fun for the family, children's holiday party, they hire santa for the kids so you don't have to go to the mall, and holiday party is a must-go every year. Amazing prizes, open bar and a lot of fun. Also lots of potlucks where everyone brings a ton of food.

      Cons

      It's a small business so things can happen really fast because there's no red tape, or things can happen really slow. All in all they're doing their best I think, just progress is slow sometimes. All of their work is government related so you'll have to pass a background check.

      We are happy to hear that you have enjoyed many of the internal events Pyramid puts on. Our events team works really hard to make every year different and better than the last. As you mentioned, progress is sometimes slow, but we are very excited about the things happening in the coming year.

      Pros

      Most of the leadership is top-knotch in this small company. They are successful and good at what they do. Integrity. Fun. Very international crowd.

      Cons

      Job security? If they can find someone to do the job cheaper (college grads, immigrants) they will keep them not you. Only a few select positions require good experience.
