Pros

You earn vacation time and sick time immediately.

Cons

Leadership is lacking. They are aware of issues but do nothing to improve the situation. Management shows favoritism.

Lots of good people, easy work, company perks

Pros

Great place all around. They treat you like family. Pay is fair. Awesome benefits and 401k! Work is easy and some jobs are even relaxing lol Sometimes there is overtime, but mostly get weekends off with family. Holidays are paid while off. You do get sick/personal time paid after being there a while.

Cons

Some areas have fiberglass, and its itchy, and unpleasant. Sometimes heavy lifting is required however, rare.
