Pros

The culture around the office is one of my favorite aspects. Great coworkers, mentors and friends. It's easy to come to work when you enjoy the environment and interactions as well the variety of projects we work on. The freedom to challenge the status quo to find better ways to work is a great motivator to help grow professionally as well.

Cons

I haven't run into anything at Pyxl that I haven't experienced at other jobs within the field, just a few growing pains as the company grows.

Cons

Really poor communication. Expected to have a deep knowledge of clients from day one. Not given enough time to get your feet wet before they expect the world of you.

Pyxl was a great company to work for overall. I really enjoyed the people, the laid back environment, the office perks and the opportunity for growth in my career.

The culture shifted drastically, which is expected at most companies.
