Pros

It's exciting to work for a company with such a great culture, not to mention one that is successful and rapidly growing. Pyxl offers a fun work environment where collaboration and open discussion are encouraged - no one is set in their ways, and all are open to each other's ideas and new ways of doing things. The leadership team is easily accessible and will happily sit down and chat with anyone on the team throughout the day. Benefits and time off are both great - medical, dental and vision are 100% paid for by Pyxl, we get 10 vacation days and 14 holidays (including the week and a half from Christmas Eve through New Year's Day)!

Cons

There aren't many cons to working at Pyxl - occasional overtime can happen when we're closing out a big project or gearing up for time off, but it's pretty rare. Also, in these cases, hard work is recognized and rewarded.

Pros

Talented employees at the contribution level, and the web design team seems to produce fantastic work

Cons

Management is very one-sided (especially within the marketing organization) in cheering employees on when things are going good, but the minute anything went wrong they were the first to point fingers. How can you expect employees to take ownership when you haven’t set the example yourself? Also, pay rates are extremely low compared to the industry in Nashville. If you’re considering a position here, please weigh all options before you decide to move forward.
