Pros

Generous PTO but PTO is used for holidays too

Cons

Everything seems to be reactive instead of proactive especially with high turn over. Work was continually dumped on my to makeup for those leaving with no to little training on the processes

Challenging technical problems in a growing company. The work can be as interesting or basic as you want, plenty in the grab bag. Top tier work life balance.

Cons

There is a large range of experience on the engineering team, with not enough structure to close the gap.
