Thank you for sharing insights into your experience and also for your contributions to Q-Centrix and our partners during your time here. As you know, earlier this year, we made the difficult decision to do a small restructuring in a couple of focused areas within our organization. This decision wasn’t taken lightly, but we know that it was a very hard change and personally impactful. I hope that the support provided during and after this transition eased the burden of this change and that you have the best of luck in your next chapter. If there’s anything further we can do to support you, please don’t hesitate to contact our People Team at peopleoperationssupport@q-centrix.com.

Hi there! Thanks for your feedback—we’re happy to hear that you’re enjoying our flexibility, competitive pay, supportive coworkers, and generous PTO. These are all key elements of our total rewards package, which is designed to support team members and it’s great to hear that we achieved that for you! We understand your concern about supplementing your hours with PTO should your case load be affected by something outside of your control. While we have a strong pipeline of work and a strategic approach to ensuring team members have consistent, stable assignments, occasional exceptions can occur. We’re here to support you in these circumstances and encourage you to connect with your manager to develop a plan if they arise again. Additionally, team members are welcome to flex their time around their schedules or across a pay period in the rare event volumes are temporarily affected. Thanks again for your review and your contributions to our team! Eve Hersh

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with us! We're delighted to hear that you’ve enjoyed the flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful change in our remote environment. We’re always looking for ways to further support team members in getting to know one another using our virtual connection tools and community events but understand that it can be very different from the experience of being in an office. We hope you have had meaningful opportunities to get to know your colleagues and would love to support you in this space if you want to connect directly! Thank you for your contributions, and we look forward to many more successful years together.
