Pros

The flexibility and pay are the best part of working here. Absolutely no complaints about management either. They are always quick to respond when you need help. The opportunity to earn bonuses each pay check is also a great option!

Cons

Pros

I absolutely love working for Q-Centrix. I have been with QC for 5 years and can't picture myself working anywhere else. The job flexibility is phenomenal and allows me to have a balance with my family while still maintaining a career. The leadership here is innovative and supportive of collaboration. I started as a nurse abstractor and have moved through leadership roles and now into business development. There are so many more opportunities for growth within QC than in a hospital setting and they are open to letting people try new things. Truly my favorite employer!!

Cons

The pay is not quite as competitive as in a hospital setting but there are so many factors that offset this. The gas, meals, parking, wear and tear on a vehicle, and uniform/clothing cost savings alone is worth it. Not to mention that the work life balance is priceless.

Pros

Work from home! Many opportunities for career advancement, including entering the business development space for clinicians! Excellent culture of respect, innovation, perpetual learning and transparency in communication. High energy and rapidly changing environment to meet the demands of healthcare.

Cons

One of the "pros" could potentially be a "con" - Q-Centrix is a rapidly growing company which requires a high level of energy and adaptation to change. It works for me!
