Pros

Everyone on the team is dedicated, talented, and teamwork-oriented. Everyone is very supportive and focused on reaching their goals, and despite being completely remote, we're still able to have that community connection that makes working as a team very rewarding!

Cons

I truly can't think of any downsides.

Pros

The engineering team is filled with smart cookies, more importantly, the personable kinds. Culture is solid and tech leads/management gel very well with their teams. As the company continues to grow, technical problems also get more interesting and fulfilling to resolve.

Cons

None really come to mind, maybe more investment in engineer growth via conferences or trainings?
