      Pros

      Flexible work environment, good work-life balance, once ramped up you work with hospitals across the country who treat you like part of the team.

      Cons

      Took a few weeks to get ramped up and get first assignment, but after that work was consistent and predictable.

      Pros

      I started at Q-Centrix about 4 years ago and feel it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. I've had two promotions since I started. I love my team...they feel like family even though they're spread across the country and I haven't met most of them. It's also really nice to be working for a company that was already familiar with managing remote teams, because it made the transition during the pandemic much easier (as opposed to my friends and family who have employers who aren't as accustomed to this type of setup). I also am happy with the case rate and bonus model. If you know how to abstract efficiently and accurately you shouldn't have a problem.

      Cons

      The medical benefit is pricier than what I paid before but they improve it every year.
