Pros

The job allows remote work.

Cons

Frequent compensation cuts, benefits are not competitive . Most positive reviews on this site are created by employees who are in higher management positions and are not affected by frequent compensation cuts. Very limited opportunities for growth.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for having dedicated more than three years to us. With respect to your comments, I’d like to explain a little more about our approach to compensation. We are committed to total transparency – so we’re doing everything in our power to help the team understand how the model works and how to grow within it. We’ve offered regular updates, hosted company town halls, created educational resources, and always available for questions. One important reason for adopting this structure is that it affords greater clarity and predictability around compensation. I encourage any employee who is not feeling like this is true for them to please reach out to me directly so we can discuss the situation in more detail. The sooner questions are addressed, the sooner we can ensure everyone is on a path to success. In response to your comment about limited career growth, I’m sorry but we don’t see it that way. We recently added significantly more opportunities thanks to our growing number of partners. We are virtually unrivaled in this regard by others in the industry and what hospitals are typically able to offer. With this growth, we created more than 50 new clinical roles beyond the Senior Quality Information Specialist and Quality Information Specialist roles in the last tow years. They are: - 32 new team leader roles - 3 new quality roles - 4 new account manager roles - 4 new strategic growth manager roles - 12 new clinical specialist roles - 3 new director roles And our recruitment for these positions always begins within. Pros

Working from home allows a flexible schedule.

Cons

Complicated compensation model with salary reductions. Q-points tier bonus model rewards employees who have higher volume and efficiency rates. Efficiency rates adjusted to a standard that 50% of employees fall below. The whole q-points bonus program is a smoke and mirrors show with one outcome- wage reduction. You are not fooling anyone and I predict many employees will resign in June when this new model begins. I am currently looking for alternative employment.

Thank you for the comment. Your feedback is very important. As you know, our model offers many benefits such as a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work from home. Our evolving compensation structure reflects our unique environment. We’ve reached out to the team for feedback on several topics, including compensation. Their input shaped the evolution of our model. The overall goal is certainly not to cut wages but rather reward productivity, quality, and commitment. By equipping employees to meet and exceed their goals, success becomes more achievable and our team feels more empowered - something I think we all want to see. In the last year, we’ve produced many new tools within our technology platform to further our team’s understanding of compensation; including the recent release of an overall earnings dashboard and an entirely new report. The tools calculate team members’ current earnings and potential earnings, including the Q-Points bonus. I've been closely involved in the development of these real-time reports because I am personally committed to complete compensation transparency. I encourage you to reach out to me with any questions you have about the compensation structure at the email below. I’d love to discuss how to make it work best for you and your situation. Pros

The best part of my past two years at Q-Centrix has been making friends that will last a lifetime. I have met and interacted with some of the most intelligent people and I am sincerely grateful for the guidance, friendship and true partnership I have endured since being at QC. Working remote is a challenge when you're a people person- but with the QC team you don't even realize you work remote and have never actually met some of your coworkers in person! It's incredible!

Cons

I don't just say this because I love this company, but I am not sure I have any cons in my personal experience at QC. I have been grateful for opportunity, advancement and solid friendships!
