In particular, career advancement opportunities for our engineers is really important to us. We have seen several talented folks advance through the engineering “ranks” in a relatively short timeframe due to their outstanding participation in complex, meaningful projects that impact our business and industry. Plus, they get to tackle common web development issues alongside a super smart team of developers, which is invaluable experience for any engineer in the field. In fact, we believe that the work our team does truly builds professional software development habits that many agree are useful in future roles.
