Thank you for the review. It's so great to hear you enjoyed your time on the team. Creating growth opportunities for those within our ranks is something we're always looking to do, so I'm glad you mentioned room for advancement. In fact, we're happy to share that in the past year we have created more than 31 new clinical roles beyond the Quality Information Specialist positions and have filled 87% of them with folks already on the team! Thanks again and best of luck! Kelly True, Senior Manager, Human Resources hr@q-centrix.com

Thanks for the comments! We really appreciate hearing what folks think of the benefits. And we're glad you mentioned the opportunity for growth within. While it's not a benefit in the classic sense – as say our healthcare package – it's a perk we feel shows the true colors of our culture and team. We try to put as many opportunities as possible out there for those looking to advance and who are ready to make a go at it. Also, thanks for the communications comment. This is something we’re focusing on in multiple ways, including deliberately creating cross-functional project teams that are conducive to open communication. We have made serious strides in engaging all departments in our quarterly newsletter updates. And we work to provide as may opportunities as possible for folks to connect and get to know one another -- be it through Yammer, video conferencing capabilities, or company events. We know how crucial all this is to coming up with new ideas and ways of doing what we do better, so I invite you to reach out to me directly at the email below with any specific thoughts or ideas you have. Growing Company

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

* Many opportunities for growth. *Progressive company that is in the abstraction and technology market. *Small, close-knit feel despite being a remote based company. *Work from home, flexible hours, to maintain a work-life balance. *Great pay

Cons

*For brand new employees, the ramp to be matched with a partner, obtaining IT access, can take up to 6-8 weeks depending on service line, so factor that in if you plan to give your 2 week notice at your current job. *Not necessarily a con, but note worthy. One must be disciplined to work at home with no close supervision. Maintain a set schedule and communicate with your Team Lead, just as you would if you worked in a traditional "bricks and mortar" setting.

Thanks so much for posting. It’s music to our ears when someone says they feel like they’re part of a close-knit crew since we have so many in our ranks who work remotely. It's really a reflection on you and the team! In regard to onboarding, we're always looking for ways to improve the process. We recently created an onboarding website and materials on exactly what to expect. My team also frequently checks in on those currently going through it. Today, the process moves more quickly than what you described but we’ll continue doing all we can to make it painless for everyone. If you have any additional thoughts about it, please do not hesitate to share them with me directly at the address below. All the best, Kelly True, Senior Manager, Human Resources hr@q-centrix.com
