Pros

-flexible work schedule, you can schedule your work hours to best fit your needs

Cons

-rarely feel an essence of team work -onboarding process had very little communication, no direction given when started -once you start, feedback is given too late before you can change anything regarding your performance

Pros

I started at Q-Centrix about 4 years ago and feel it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. I've had two promotions since I started. I love my team...they feel like family even though they're spread across the country and I haven't met most of them. It's also really nice to be working for a company that was already familiar with managing remote teams, because it made the transition during the pandemic much easier (as opposed to my friends and family who have employers who aren't as accustomed to this type of setup). I also am happy with the case rate and bonus model. If you know how to abstract efficiently and accurately you shouldn't have a problem.

Cons

The medical benefit is pricier than what I paid before but they improve it every year.

Pros

Fast-paced, fun, and interesting place to work. Best for self-starters and highly-motivated individuals. Q-Centrix is a results-driven organization that is open to, and encourages, new ideas. Great place for those that enjoy challenging status quo and like making an impact with their work.

Cons

Lack of IT onsite can slow things down, but issues are generally resolved within 24 hours.
