Pay is really good here.

Cons

Lack of training. Pet employees are allowed to runn a muck in sandiego. Lots of loaffers on the clock drainning budgets and management knows about it. Unbelievable amounts of mismanagement in sandiego office.

Benefits are very good and the 401K has good upside investment options

Cons

Slow progress - needs to update various programs to become more efficient and in the long run, more profitable. Must make capital investment in new applications, ideas, and people to modernize the infrastructure.
