Home and work life are great. Many great people who work to make changes. Pay.

Cons

In order to make changes everything has to be approved by the COO. Poor leadership within the Directors and 3PP Management. Communications are one way...from the top down. Managers within 3PP smoke screen issues within their area of responsibility so Corporate Managers have no idea what is really going on. Seem to have a large mass amount of great people quitting but go to great ends to keep dirt bags who cannot mange. East and West Coast operate on two different set of rules. They do not mirror each other and it makes it difficult to supervise r manage your folks that fall under your ORG. NO UPWARD MOBILITY.
