Pros

- The only good thing I can say is that you can have your work/home balance. Basically it is an honey trap that reserve the unmotivated employees.

Cons

- Old technology stack. - There are no benefits such as 10bis. - Vacation and sick days - according to the minimum by law - No payment on first sick day , 2nd and 3rd sick days got paid by 50%. so if you or your kid got sick - prepare to lose 2 work days from your salary.
