None - unless you love the idea of not having a life or happiness

Everything - enjoy spending your day constantly cleaning up mess and having all client hate you because the company cannot deliver a thing.

Very dynamic and innovative company, always presenting new challenges and most importantly, producing a really valuable product that does good.

Cons

A bit too erratic at times; also, wish the company invested more in branding so people would know the company I work for.
