Average appraisals and less pay for existing employees compared to new joiners

- Poor management (people with that role lack of soft skills and their communication could be better) - This company fired me with no reason and the worst thing, no previous notification, one day I started working as usual but my last day had already passed 😆, I came to know that because I no longer had access to the systems. - Teams do not have good practices, do not follow any concrete methodology and from what I saw, teams are not mature enough to work in that way, no planning sessions, no voting ceremonies, in my case, they just assigned the work without any agreement, they do not give the time to work properly because the lack of management.
