Stock options are good. Team and technology stack is top tier.
Cons
Management plays favorite with certain employees and managers have conflict of interest. The Management position is about being a yes man in order to back their reporting manager happy. Lots of jobs are outsourced to Bangalore and instead. Managers will place you on a pip for political reasons, HR will comply with this and make it hard for you to pursue further opportunities ny malaigning you in future reference checks. Pips are given so that benefits do not have to be paid out. No accountability for Senior management they are in it for themselves.
