BEWARE! Micromanagement Cult

Pros

Free food & health insurance. Steady check.

Cons

Micromanagement style in the marketing department. Every move you make is watched. New management Is poorly trained and bullying is part of the culture. If you speak out about a problem it will revert back to you as the problem and will have no other option but to resign. Hard work is never appreciated and managers take credit for your work. Very clickish culture.

The working environment promotes collaboration and a sense of team and they sincerely promote culture as a key factor in hiring people.

Cons

It all depends on which group you get hired into on whether or not you get to experience all they claim as Q2's culture.
