Plenty of work, very little down time, always busy. At a point where there is adequate staffing for the amount of work being produced. Business outlook is positive, with a great environment to work in.
Cons
Fast growing company that has experienced typical growing pains. Company is out of the initial start up phase, which is helping ease the growing pains.
