Fun activities, nice people, manage growth to keep

Pros

Culture - People are actually nice to one another; teams support each other when someone is absent/needs help; fun activities (like crawfish boil, talent show, fun charitable activities, fitness challenges); lots of cross-functional work opportunities; learning a ton on the job.

Cons

Company is growing really fast; stay on top of culture to keep what was great in the past; many newer managers need on-going support; lots of new sites coming - how will they be integrated?

Pros

Q2 is a good company and have lots of job opportunities for people coming in. Although to get in you need to be a referral. But its a great culture and has some great people. -Culture -Benefits -Most Employees

Cons

No appreciation for the younger workers as they are typically undervalued thus creating high turnover which makes it harder to do certain jobs. -Management -Compensation
