      Pros

      - Cheap healthcare - Good stock grants - Directors I worked with seemed good - PTO policy is great and the encourage full use of it

      Cons

      - Not a lot of interoffice communication about relevant items (a lot of filler updates) - Inter department communications are fine at lower levels, but when dealing with middle and upper management things get lost in translation

      Pros

      It pays money and offers benefits. Not much, but that's about the only pro. I assume half the management meetings are to discuss how to remove pay entirely. I suppose the sheer size means you can find other jobs internally. External employees will likely start at a higher pay band than you. Nice!

      Cons

      -Overworked -Understaffed -Grossly incompetent management -Raises lower than inflation/cost of living -Virtually no culture Do yourself a favor and stay away. Q2's tagline should be "Profit over people". This place is the epitome Corporate America...the bad parts. Have you ever heard of Dan Price? The CEO in Seattle that paid everyone 70k, including himself, after taking a $1 million pay cut? He would have a field day talking about Q2. Meanwhile our CEO makes many millions just selling his stock. What a champ!
