      Good pay and some flexibility.

      Cons

      Outright lied during the interview process about the job and position, was nothing as promised. Morale is so low in the development teams it is seriously depressing. Work is incredibly boring. Upper management is not honest, in a meeting with a potential massive customer, leadership literally lied in front of them multiple times and didn't even blush about it.
