How has a company that has grown so well so fast all of the sudden not meeting profitability? When Q2 just spent half a billion dollars on aquiring a company in 2019. Every day this company moves further from its vision statement towards every other tech company focused on corporate greed and profits. You are required to wear multiple hats and perform duties outside of your job description, and now they say we will not be compensated for all the extra work we are doing unrelated to our job. There has been a trend of a complete reorganization of the internal teams every year now for the last few years. We barely have time to adjust and start making progress when they recognize again.
