1.Same kind of work among different projects. 2.Opportunity to learn new technologies is less 3.They judge people on the basis of there stay in office 4.Worst punching system... even if you dont have work or completed it, u will still have to sit to complete 9 hours 5.They call on Saturdays to attend 2 hour event but ask you to complete 5 hours or be ready to give up your half days salary 6.Non Billable engineers are asked to write articles or they will not be paid for the day, as per the "POLICY" 7.They give 6 wfh for a year and you need to give a solid reason for taking it or it may get rejected. 8. They have ONLY 18 LEAVES IN A YEAR. And yet they have a sandwich policy, in which weekend get marked as a leave 9.They expect you to do the HR's job as well, like conducting drives 10. No onsite opportunity 11. As per their convenience they hire engineers with no ir very little technology knowledge and then ask the employees to train them well 12. NOTICE PERIOD IS OF 90 DAYS, AND THEY WILL NOT LET YOU BUY OUT and may provide a backup resource in the last 10 days of the notice period 13.They put vases near the walls to stop people from sitting/standing near them 14.They dont have engineers with high experience since most of them tend to leave due to the policies 15.The guards are given the authority to talk rudely to the employees for the minor issues, like for not wearing the ID around the neck but carrying it in the hand 16. They distribute designation and ranks as if the company is hosting a 'BHANDARA' and DESIGNATION is the food. 17. If employees have issues, the management doesn't tend to solve it, instead have defensive counters and give false hopes
