copy and paste work no carrier growth. lo salary dismiss all promises, no pkg.

Cons

senior managers and buttering employee played TT all time. only fresher is doing work hard in pressure env in NSEZ office.

Thanks for your review. I hope you understand that if what you are saying is true a company cannot continue to sustain, thrive and grow from 5 employees to 800+ employees and be in business for over 11 years. All of these are testimonies for what we stand for. We do value activities for employees outside of work to bring a good work life balance, and sports is one of them, but never see that as the only primary thing to do. As for content verification is a part of a service that we offer to clients. Unless they see the value in such work being done, please do remember, they will not exist in the first place. As a tester, we believe in giving all rounded experience in the company, this being one of them.

Good Start to a Rewarding Career

Pros

1. A Good Company to start your career with. 2. Get enough opportunities. 3. If one is ambitious, sincere and hard-working, there are enough opportunities to do well and be recognized. 4. Work environment is cool. It's quite friendly and with not too many employees, you almost get to interact with everyone. 5. Senior Management is accessible to everyone. 6. Extra-curricular activities (like Sports, Public-speaking, forums, etc.) are an added bonus to give you an all round development for your professional career. 7. If you do well, there are opportunities to interact with clients, Lead the project (even with as little as 2-3 years of experience). 8. There is a decent mix of Projects and Project types to give some exposure to different types of projects. 9. If you do want to take on new challenges and have ideas, they are most welcome and will get the necessary management support. 10. You may not be fired unless you've completely lost it.

Cons

1. Work can be taxing at times (because the moto is to always exceed client expectations). 2. The Salaries are not too great (specially if you're not exceptional). So, it's a slow start compared to the Industry average. 3. Due to similar nature of the projects (due to limited domains), work can get monotonous at times; specially if you're doing well in the project. 4. As you gain experience with the company, you may begin to feel the work to be monotonous. 5. Supporting departments need to be better equipped and empowered. 6. Very few leaves and commitment to work even on auspicious Indian festivals like Deepawali and Holi does not go too well with Employees.
